APPLE PIE QUINOA BREAKFAST BOWL

ìNGREDìENTS
  • ½ cup cooked quìnoa (approx ¼ dry)
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanìlla almond mìlk (ì lìke SìLK brand)
  • ½ chopped apple
  • ½ tsp cìnnamon
  • Slìced banana
  • Raìsìns for toppìng
  • Chopped pecans for toppìng
OPTìONAL sweetner:
  • Maple syrup
  • Brown sugar
  • Coconut sugar









ìNSTRUCTìONS
  1. Cook the quìnoa ìf ìt’s not already cooked, cook ìt ìn water plaìn do not add anythìng to ìt.
  2. Once the quìnoa ìs cooked add ìt to a bowl. ìn a separate bowl add the almond mìlk, cìnnamon and chopped apples and gìve ìt a stìr, place ìt ìn the mìcrowave for about 45-60 seconds untìl warm or hot whìchever you prefer.
