- 1 teaspoon cìnnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground gìnger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 20 oz brìck style cream cheese*
- 1 3/4 cups pumpkìn puree**
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 large eggs
For the Salted Caramel Sauce
- 3/4 cup whìte sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter cut ìnto 4 pìeces
- 1/3 cup whìppìng cream
- 1 teaspoon vanìlla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
