Rotisserie Chicken Salad



Ingredients

  1. 1 Fully Cooked Store-bought Rotisserie Chicken
  2. 3 Celery Stalks - chopped
  3. 1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  4. 1/2-3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  5. 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
  6. Salt/Pepper - to taste


Instructions

  1. Pull the chicken meat from the bones. This should get you approximately 3 cups of chicken meat.
  2. Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayo and mustard. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Store and refrigerate in an airtight container.
