Dulce de Leche Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS
- Approximately 12 Vanilla
- 200 gr. of classic dulce de leche
- 500 gr. of mascarpone cheese
- 500 gr. of dulce de leche pastry
- 1 splash of coffee liqueur
- 1 cup espresso
- Cocoa powder
- 200 ml of whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix in a bowl the mascarpone cheese and the dulce de leche pastry.
- Add the whipped cream with enveloping movements.
- Reserve.
- Cut the vanilla in half and fill with classic dulce de leche.
- Pass them through a mixture of coffee and espresso liquor and form the first layer.
- Add a layer of the mixture of mascarpone and dulce de leche.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Repeat until filling the chosen mold.
- Take to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
