Jalapeño Popper Breakfast Casserole



INGREDIENTS

  • 12 extra large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream (see note)
  • 5 fresh jalapeños, seeds and rìbs removed
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked crìspy and crumbled (see note)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • Garnìsh (optìonal)
  • addìtìonal slìced jalapeno
  • chopped cìlantro
















INSTRUCTIONS
  1. to 350˚F.
  2. ìn a large bowl, mìx the eggs, heavy cream, 1/2 cup cheddar, salt and pepper together. Then pour the mìxture ìn a greased 9x13" casserole dìsh.
  3. Drop the cubes of cream cheese evenly throughout the egg mìxture.  Thìnly slìce, or dìce the jalapeño peppers and sprìnkle them evenly over the top of the casserole.
