INGREDIENTS

  1. 3/4 c. cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  2. 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  3. 1/2 c. brown sugar
  4. 1 large egg
  5. 2 tsp. vanilla
  6. 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  7. 1 tsp. baking soda
  8. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  9. 1/3 c. crushed potato chips
  10. 1/3 c. crushed pretzels
  11. 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  12. 3 tbsp. red and green sprinkles
  13. Flaky sea salt, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350º and line two baking sheets with parchment. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
  3. In another large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until smooth. (Dough will be thick.)
  4. Gently fold in potato chips, pretzels, chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-size balls of dough and transfer them to prepared baking sheets. Slightly press them down onto baking sheets and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Bake until edges are just starting to get golden, 7 to 8 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool 2 to 3 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
