- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2 oz goat cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese , shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper

- 2 tablespoons olìve oìl
- 1/2 lb mushrooms slìced
- 4 garlìc cloves chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons whìte wìne
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup chìves chopped, for garnìsh
