Ghostly Mini Cheesecake Bites #halloween #snack
Ingredients:
- pack of 18 ready-made mini tartlet pastry cases
- 100ml whipping cream
- 200g full fat cream cheese
- 50g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- handful dark chocolate chips
Method:
Start by spreading the pastry cases across a plate or tray in a single layer.
Measure the whipping cream into a large clean bowl and whisk until thick and smooth.
Whisk in the cream cheese, then add the icing sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well combined and smooth.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture into an icing bag with a large plain round icing nozzle.
Pipe the mixture into the pastry cases. It should naturally form little ghost shapes.
Add two chocolate chips to each ghost for eyes.
Place the cheesecake bites into the fridge for an hour or so to set.
Serve and enjoy!
